Identifying Candidates
We start by identifying qualified professionals from several sources. We recruit employees from a wide variety of sources including job boards and other online networks, our exclusive candidate database, personal referrals, and professional networking.
Shortlisting and Screening
After identifying a suitable number of candidates, we then shortlist them based on various parameters like experience, skill set, certifications, projects, etc. Our screening process might also involve face-to-face meetings and background checks.
Initial Interviews
Once we have shortlisted and screened the candidates, we schedule their initial interviews (Technical or Managerial) with our field experts internally. This helps in eliminating candidates with not enough knowledge of the required basics and candidates with incorrect resumes.
Provide Candidates for further processing
The profiles of all candidates who get through our interview process are sent to the client via email for further evaluation on the client-side. A Details note is also included with the profile to help the client understand the candidate a little better. We also help the client in coordinating all further interviews with the candidate.
